Press Enterprise; Bloomsburg PA; 2002-5-28 DAVID KISHBAUGH,43, of 100 Denn's Road, Berwick, died Sunday, May 26, 2002, at the Berwick Hospital Center. Born Feb. 28, 1959, in Nanticoke, he was a son of Joan Deitrich Kishbaugh, Berwick and the late William J Kishbaugh Sr., whe died Oct 14, 1980. He was a 1977 graduate of Berwick High School. Mr. Kishbaugh was employed as an industrial waste water treatment plant operator for Wise Foods, Berwick, for 25 years. he also taught gym class at Holy Family School, Berwick. Mr. Kishbaugh was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Berwick, and the Knights of Columbus. A former member and officer of BABA, Mr. Kishbaugh coached Senior Division Little League basball from 1979 to 1989, winning several state championships and eastern regionals, placing fourth in the world. As a child, he broke Boog Powell's record for the longest home run hit by a Little League player. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, the former Maureen Thomas; two daughters: Maria Christiane Kishbaugh and Julia Kathryn Kishbaugh, both at home; and a brother, William J. Kishbaugh, Hazleton. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Berwick, with his pastor, the Rev Dennis G. Dalessandro, as celebrant. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Berwick, under the direction of the Mayo Funeral Home Inc., 110 Chestnut St. Berwick.
