The Morning Press, March 16, 1943 Bloomsburg, Pa Orval B. Kishbaugh, of Jonestown, who was taken ill one week ago while working at the A.C.F. plant, died at Berwick hospital Sunday night. Mr. Kishbaugh had previously been ill and had returned to work. He was taken by fellow workmen to his home where his condition became more serious and on Thursday he was brought to the hospital. A complication of diseases was the cause of death at the age of 57 years. Mr. Kishbaugh was born in Foudryville and resided there until he went to Jonestown where he purchased a property nhear the high school building. A son, Meldon, was listed to leave from Berwick with yesterday's contingent of selectees for the Army. There are surving his wife and ten children: Mrs. Charles Rhone, Shickshinny R.D.3, Mrs. Edward Zimmerman, Shickshinny R.D.3, Mrs. Arthur Albertson, Stillwater; Lester, of Shickshinny R.D.3; Earl of Stillwater, R.D; Joseph, Meldon, Ivan and Norma at home. There are three brothers and four sisters, Sheldon Kishbaugh, of Tenth street, Berwick; Mrs. Henry Carlburg, Berwick; Mrs. Jack Cleaver, Berwick; Mrs. Reuben Samsel, Stone Church, Jack Kishbaugh of Watsontown; Lester Kishbaugh of North Berwick and Mrs. Joseph Shultz of Benton. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at two o'clock from the late home with short services. Followed by services at the Methodist church at Jonestown. Burial will be made in the adjoining cemetery.
