Press Enterprise Bloomsburg, PA 2 Jun 2003 Walter H. Kishbach Sr. Nescopeck man enjoyed golf and fly fishing Walter H. Kishbach Sr., 88, of 605 E. Fourth St., Nescopeck, died suddenly Saturday, May 31, 2003 at his home. Born Sept. 5, 1914, in Nescopeck, he was a son of the late Roscoe and Grace Hampton Kishbach. In his earlier years, he had been employed by the AC&F Industries shell plants in Berwick and Buffalo, N.Y. A member of the Berwick Elks No. 1138, Mr. Kishbach was a life member of the Nescopeck Fire Co., and was a social member of the Ranger Hose Co. No. 2 and the Berwick Russian Club. He enjoyed golf and fly fishing for trout. His wife, Louise A., died May 19, 1981; a son, Walter H. Jr., died April 26, 2000; and a sister, Miriam E. "Betty" Cain, died June 4, 1994. Mr. Kishbach is survived by a son, Lee Kishbach, Marietta, Ga.; four grandsons; a great-granddaughter; a sister, Louise McGarigle, Nescopeck; and a brother, R. Monte Kishbach, Berwick. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Heller Funeral Home, Nescopeck, with the Rev. Richard Dennison, pastor of First United Church of Christ, Nescopeck, officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Walnut Street, Berwick.
