This revised publication is dedicated to every member of the family
and to all their predecessors, for without them this publication would,
of course, be impossible.

More than that, though, this publication is dedicated to all the members
of the newest generation of this family, especially to my children,
Seth Michael and Lucinda Maria, and my grandchildren.
