Sands of Time II - LAKE (SOT2-LAKE) revision 20260612 This revision of Sands of Time II completely replaces all previous revisions and publications, including: "Descent of Gold", 1983 "Sands of Time", 1993 "Sands of Time II", revision 20080923 "Sands of Time II", revision 20151119 (there have also been numerous "beta releases" since revision 20151119 ... this revision also replaces all those "beta releases") "Sands of Time II - LAKE" (SOTII-LAKE, SOT2-LAKE) contains much, much more information pertaining to the LAKE surname and ancestry than previous publications. A word about the contents. This revision is an attempt to make available to members of the family as much information as possible in order to assist in learning about our family's history, and to assist other researchers. Much of this information was received from living members of the various families, from other researchers, from Web Sites, etc. In these cases I have not verified the information in many instances and proving the factual basis of the enclosed data is left as an exercise for those who would like to perform further research. I have omitted information where there seems to be obvious errors. Each piece of information has been cited. This should facilitate further research if desired. Any information where original source documents are not cited should be questioned. And any information where source documents are indeed cited could possibly be misinterpreted. Always double check for accuracy. The only thing that has been verified by me is my line to my great great grandparents, i.e, Family Groups 0.312, 0.338, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0 & 5.0, 8.0 & 9.0, 10.0 & 11.0, 16.0 & 17.0, 18.0 & 19.0, 20.0 & 21.0 and 22.0 & 23.0. Take even my verification with a grain of salt. Re-verify for yourself. The SOT2-LAKE DataBase can be used from portable/removable media but, storing the SOT2-LAKE DataBase on your Solid State Drive (or hard drive) will speed up processing.
