Hunterdon Gazette Flemington, NJ 25 May 1859 BEGIN NOTICE. JOSEPH ROBBINS, late of the county of Hunterdon, in the State of New Jersey, having died intestate, seized in fee simple of three certain lots of land, situate in the said county. The first lot situate in the township of Delaware, adjoining lands of Samuel Barrack, Hugh Webster, Joseph Hibbs, and Thomas Hibbs and the road leading from Boars Head to Baptisttown and contains Sixth Acres of land more or less. The second lot situate in the same township, adjoining lands of James Pyatt, Elisha Warford, and Hugh Webster, and contains Thirty Acres of Land more or less. The third lot situate in the township of Raritan adjoining lands of Ralph Rudebock, William Sergeant, John Case and others, and contains Seven Acres of land more or less, leaving Sarah his widow him surviving, and four children and one grand child, to wit: Barzilla Robbins, Joseph Robbins, Elizabeth wife of Elias H. Trimmer, and Mary Ann wife of Peter Y. Pursell, (children) and Asa Robbins, who is a minor, the only child and heir at law of Ephraim Robbins, a deceased son of said intestate, his only heirs at law, being each entitled to the undivided one fifth part of said Real Estate. The Subscribers, the said Peter Y. Pursell and Mary Ann his wife, hereby give notice that they will make application to the Orphans' Court of said County of Hunterdon, at the Court house in Flemington, on the Thirtieth day of June next, at 10 o'clock, A. M., or as soon thereafter as said application can be heard, for the appointment of three disinterested commissioners to divide the said Real Estate between the said owners, in the shares aforesaid, Sarah the widow of said Joseph Robbins, dec'd, being entitled to her dower in said Real Estate, is hereby made a party to these proceedings to the end that the said Court may make such order touching her dower as the statute in such case made and provided shall require.
