BEGIN Nathan was born on January 11, 1816 in Monmouth County, New Jersey and died on March 3, 1894. (According to Charles Robbins Hutchinson Nathan died on March 6, 1898.) Nathan married Mary A. Mount, the daughter of Samuel and Rebecca Mount. Nathan and Mary are both buried in the Hamilton Square Presbyterian Churchyard, Hamilton Township, Mercer County, New Jersey. According to his headstone Nathan died on March 3, 1894. According to "Genealogical and Personal Memoirs of Mercer County, New Jersey" by Francis Bazley Lee in 1907 Nathan died on March 6, 1898. Nathan appears in the census for Mercer County, New Jersey in 1840, 1850, 1860, 1870, and 1880. Nathan lived near Hamilton Square, Mercer County. Hunterdon Democrat May 29, 1883, Forty-Fifth Volume, No. 41 Local Department An item was published in this paper a few weeks since, stating that information was wanted of Solomon Lake, who left Ringoes about 40 years ago. Mr. Williamson, Postmaster at Ringoes, has received a letter from Nathan Robbins, of Hamilton Square, Mercer county, in which he says: "Solomon Lake came to our place perhaps 40 years ago, married and lived within a few miles of us, at different places, until he died, May 12, 1879.
