[referring to a diary/ledger]

The written at the top of the page was January 1801

David said it was written by his great-grandfather John Robbins III who
was born in 1780 & died in 1855.

Several lines down the page was an entry dated 3rd--- "Severe cold day,
light snow chopped wood Father resting still aflicted with Biles speaking
of old Daniel coming to land in bonds to Nat Foot te? (missing word) sheep
Going to meeting tomorow."  The father he refers to would be John Bedant
Robbins born 1755 & died 1823.
