Emma Lake d. 16 Aug 1930, now according to Lewis death record he died at his sister's but resided in Philadelphia, Pa. and was mar. He had been ill for 3 wks. bur at Free Union. as for Emma the date is given as 16 Aug 1930 according to records of Free Union Methodist Ch. it also states she is bur. at Bloomsbury. BUT according to DAR printout of Ramseyburg Cem I have Emma Francis Lake b. 06 Aug 1852 d. 16 Dec 1934--I really believe this is in error. I don't think she is at Ramseyburg. Have to check this out. Emma was the second wife of Lewis Barnes. He was born 15 February 1835 in Delaware, Warren County, NJ. He died 15 April 1898 in Hope Township, NJ. His parents were Amos and Christeen (Weller) Barnes. He lived in Hope Township, Warren County, and died two years after she did. They had no issue that I know about. END
