I do not know the exact year that the map [referring to 
Maps->USA->Pennsylvania->WyomingCounty->19.29.jpg] was drawn, however my
GGrandmother "Matilda Alworth Kishbaugh", w/o "John A Kishbaugh", was
widowed 11May1860 and she died 19May1883. Based on the map showing the
residence as that of "Mrs:" Kishpaugh, I would guess the map was drawn when
she was a widow. The map also shows a "Arnt" residence. Matilda's son Frank
P Kishbaugh married Etna Arnt 26Nov1886 in Guadalupe County Texas.

Wyoming Co.          OBIT- MATILDA KISHPAUGH - 1883

                        THE REAPER, DEATH.

    Allow the bereaved to place a wreath of immortelles upon the alter
of remembrance sacred to the memory of Mrs. Matilda Kishpaugh of
Meshoppen, who died after a brief illness from pneumonia, May 19, 1883,
aged 71 years.
    When twenty summers had shed their bloom on sister Kishpaugh's brow
she found peace in believing on a crucified Redeemer, an experience
which gloriously overshadowed her long and useful life. In school of
affliction her soul faculties were burnished for the skies; and, while
consigning husband and several children to the tomb, her own spirit
inhaled a richer glow from holiness of Heaven. In her journal we find
the holy breathings of Christian love in behalf of the ordinances of
the church and its peculiar institutions, so natural and elevating to
a true disciple of Christianity.
    The following sentiments graced each page with an unusual interest:
"I am alone to-night, yet not alone, for God is with me." "It is good
to wait on the Lord." "Was at prayer meeting this evening with but few
there, but God was with us." "It fills my soul with love to God to
think that some day I shall pass over the river of Jordan and eat of
the fruit that grows on its banks," &c.
    May the mantle of trusting love fall on her remaining children, and
give them a divine impulse heavenward; and may her family circle be
unbroken in the Beulah Land.
