"Georgia" and "Jersey" sound similar enough. - MEL From "The Myers Family History" by Timothy F. Myers (0.307) in 2005: BEGIN The Kishpaughs, Lavina and Jacob, lived in Briggsville/Nescopeck in Luzerne County, Pa; no more than 5 miles from Mifflinville, Columbia County where Daniel and Mary Susanna Myers and their children lived until he died in 1825. This is where Lavina had to have met Jacob - they probably attended the same church, the Mt. Zion Church. Mary Susanna Myers married Jacon Hinkle after Daniel died and they took the children and went to New Albany, Bradford County, Pa. and had two more children. Jacob Hinkle died about 1834 and Mary Susanna may have gone back to the Nescopeck area moved to the Cherry Twp., Sullivan County area, where she was the head of the household in 1840. Lavina married Jacob Kishpaugh in 1834 when she was 16 years old and he was 20 because their first child was born in 1835. They were married for many years. The 1870 Census lists Jacob as a farmer and Hotel Keeper worth $1300 and owning real estate worth $700. His mother Mary Henry lived with the family of Jacob, Lavina, 5 children and shoemaker John Kelly. Lavina was 81 years 9 days old when she died in Nescopeck in 1899. She was a member of the Mt Zion Church at Nescopeck Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania from at least 1860 when Church Records under the the [sic] Pastorate of Reuben S. Wagoner mention Lavina and her Husband Jacob Kishpaugh; through several pastors until her death in August of 1899. She and her husband are mentioned repeatedly as Communicants on different days. Many of her children and grandchildren were baptized, confirmed and were communicants of the church. She was living with her son Tobias in 1880 according to the Census.
