Kuhl, dec'd., late of the township of Raritan, Hunterdon County, the subscriber will sell at Public Vendue on the premises on WEDNESDAY the 17th of DECEMBER, next, between the hours of 12 and 5 o'clock, P. M., on said day, that valuable F A R M, Containing about 93 ACRES of land, more or less, pleasantly situated on the public road between Flemington and Ringoes, about three miles from the former, and three from the latter place, adjoining lands of William H. Johnson, David Bellis and others. The improvements consist of a new Two Story Dwelling House and Kitchen, barn and hovels, wagon house, corn crib and other out buildings, all in good repair, with a lasting stream of water running through the Farm.
