was wed to Maria DeRonda Onderdonk Ten Eyck 1821. Anybody know what happened
to them?  Not sure if New York but do believe so.

Isaac was a son of Coert Lake and Salome Van Saun.He descends from John
Lake of Gravesend and Ann Spicer.My notes for Isaac read:

BIRTH:10 Apr 1801. Baptised 10 May 1801 per records of Kakiat DRC (Brick
Church), W. New Hempstead, Rockland, NY.

DEATH: 3 Aug 1868,per Brick Church Cemetery records, W. New Hempstead,
Rockland, NY.

CENSUS:1865 Ramapo, Rockland, NY census.

Isaac V.S. Lake, 64, Rockland, farmer.
Maria Lake, 65, Rockland, mother of 9 children.
Henry D. Lake, 21, Rockland, farmer

This is all I have on the Lake family.  It came from the Rev. David Cole's
book on the Cole/Kool and Serven Families of Bergen Co., NJ, and Rockland
Co., NY.

Descendants of Isaac VanSaun Lake

Generation No. 1

        1.  Isaac VanSaun1 Lake was born Abt. 1795.  He married Maria
Ten Eyck.  She was born Abt. 1800.  Child of Isaac Lake and Maria Eyck is:
+       2  i.   Harvey Morgan2 Lake, born 26 Feb 1824 in Ramapo, Rockland,
NY; died in Spring Valley, NY.

Generation No. 2
        2.  Harvey Morgan2 Lake (Isaac VanSaun1) was born 26 Feb 1824 in
Ramapo, Rockland, NY, and died in Spring Valley, NY.  He married Catharine
Merritt Cole 14 Aug 1847 in Residence of Rev. John Manley, Pascack, daughter
of John Cole and Margery Tinkey.  She was born 30 Jan 1831 in Spring Valley,
NY, and died 10 Feb 1856 in Warren Village, Haverstraw, Rockland, NY.
