The Gault Family lived on Liberty Heights Avenue in the Forest Park section just outside of Baltimore City. Carrie Gault was a DAR member. Her national id number is 71512. Representing the Maryland chapter of the DAR, Carrie Gault delivered the dedication speech aboard the Battleship USS Maryland on October 21, 1921. A Plaque donated by her DAR chapter was presented that day. Her speech was published in the National DAR Magazine. A plaque attached to a stone monument was dedicated in her honor that reads: Carrie B. Gault Regent of Mordecai Gist Chapter D.A.R.
