ELMER F. GIBBS7, was born circa 1923 in Warren County, New Jersey and died
unknown. He lived with his parents in 1930 on their farm in Hope Township,
Warren County and attended school (1930 United States Federal Census,
Enumeration District 21-11, Hope Township, Warren County, New Jersey,
sheet 4B, 8 April 1930). He may be the Elmer Gibbs listed in the Social
Security Death Index who was born 18 February 1923 and died 7 September
1997. He was issued a social security number in Kentucky before 1951. He
resided in Knoxville, Knox County, Tennessee at the time of his death.
