transcription of Newspapers->Deaths->3.322.jpg From The Morning Press, Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania dated June 25, 1951: BEGIN Albertus Kishbaugh, 78, Of Nescopeck, Dies Albertus (Bert) Kishbaugh, seventy-eight, of 109 Chestnut street, Nescopeck, died at his residence at seven-fifty o'clock last evening. Mr. Kishbaugh had been in failing health for five years and bedfast for five months. He was born at Beef Hill, Hollenbach township, but had resided most of his life in the vicinity of Nescopeck. His death broke a marital span of fifty-eight years. He operated a greenhouse in Nescopeck for 20 years and retired 15 years ago. He was a member of the Nescopeck EUB Church and the Woodmen of the World. Surviving are his widow, the former Clara DeHaven, and the following children: Raymond, of Pottsville; Mrs. Roy Derr, Mrs. Franklin Schalles, of Nescopeck; Mrs. Elwood Shotwell, Victor Kishbaugh and Mrs. John Bobchak, of Berwick; Mrs. Donald Kelchner and Richard Kishbaugh, of Nescopeck. Thirty-six grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Arthur Fink of Berwick, also survive. Funeral services will be held from the Heller funeral home, Nescopeck, Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock. The Rev. Melvin L. Whitmire, pastor of the Nescopeck EUB Church, will officiate. Interment will be in the Pine Grove cemetery, Walnut street, Berwick. END transcription of Newspapers->Deaths->3.322-2.jpg From The Morning Press, Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania dated July 13, 1957: BEGIN Mrs. Kishbaugh Rites To Be Held Saturday Mrs. Clara Kishbaugh, 80, of Nescopeck, died yesterday morning at 12:30 o'clock at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. John Bobchak, of 1329 Second avenue, where she resided for the past two and a half months. Mrs. Kishbaugh was born in Nescopeck and lived there all of her life. Her husband, the late A. W. Kishbaugh, succumbed in 1951. She was a life-long member of the Nescopeck EUB Church and active in all phases of church work. She was also a member of the P. O. of A. She and her husband operated a greenhouse in Nescopeck for 25 years. Surviving are the following children: Raymond, of Schuylkill Haven RD; Mrs. Roy Derr, Mrs. Frank Schalles, Mrs. Donald Kelchner, of Nescopeck; Mrs. Elwood Shotwell, Victor Kishbaugh, Mrs. John Bobchak, of Berwick; Richard Kishbaugh, of Albuquerque, N. M.; a brother, William DeHaven, of Nescopeck. Thirty seven grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren also survive.
