From the Press Enterprise, Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania dated July 22, 2002: BEGIN SHIRLEY WANDA KISHBAUGH KEMPER, 67, of 425 Moores Hill Road, Berwick, died Saturday, July 20, 2002, at Berwick Retirement Village II, where she had been a patient since June 17. Born Jan. 22, 1935 in Salem township, Luzerne County, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Linna Bower Kishbaugh. A graduate of Berwick High School, Mrs. Kemper retired in May 2001 from Berwick Industries, where she had worked 40 years as a machine operator. An avid hunter until ill health forced her to quit, she loved horses and spending time with her family. Five siblings died previously: Woodin Kishbaugh; William Kishbaugh Sr.; Donald Kishbaugh; Clifford Kishbaugh Sr.; and Josephine Brown. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Jack Kemper, with whom she celebrated a 48th wedding aniversary April 24, 2002; two daughters: Mrs. Jay (Jackie L) Doty, Bloomsburg, and Mrs. Robert (Jody K) Seigfried, Casselberry FL; two grandchildren; a brother, Harry Kishbaugh, Berwick, and two sisters: Lula Shultz, Berwick and Betty Lemon, Beach Haven. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Kelchner-McMichael Funeral Home Inc., 119-121 E. Third St., Berwick, with the Rev. Gordon E. Smith, covering pastor at St. John's Lutheran Church, Mifflinville, officiating. Burial will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Walnut Street, Berwick. END
