END From Mary Lane (1.175) on 6 Aug 2014: She [Dorothy Maxwell (3.58)] was a neat lady and always cheerful like Mary Hackett [3.59]. Mom [3.48], Aunt Betty [3.47], Dorothy Place [3.58], Mary Hackett [3.59], Jean Hiza etc in their younger days got together every month for what they called their Birthday Club. Mom always hosted the get together every summer and they would have a great time together. Of course, the house had to be thoroughly cleaned-like it wasn't spotless to begin with! Mom would always fuss about what she was going to serve.
