Daisy was born in May of 1878 in Webster County, Kentucky and died on
March 25, 1961 in Dixon Township, Webster County.  She is buried in Oak
Grove Cemetery, Webster County.  Daisy married James S. Vaughn in about
1894 in Kentucky.  James was born in March of 1869 in Webster County, and
died in May of 1946 in Evansville Township, Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
He is buried in Oak Grove Cemetery.

From the Providence Journal-Enterprise, Providence, Kentucky dated May
23, 1946:

BEGIN

James Vaughn, Sr., 77, of Providence died Friday in an Evansville hospital
where he had been a patient since May 6.  Mr. Vaughn, a retired farmer,
was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church.  Survivors are the wife,
Mrs. Daisy Jane Vaughn; two daughters, Mrs. W. T. Muir, Morganfield,
and Mrs. Owen Johnston, Providence; two sons, James Vaughn, Jr.,
Hammond, Indiana and Ernie Vaughn, Pontiac, Michigan; four grandsons;
four granddaughters; one great-granddaughter; and two sisters, Mrs. Ab
Rich, Providence, and Mrs. Abe Vaughn, Diamond.  Funeral services were
held at 11 a.m. Sunday in Hopewell Church, with the Rev. E. G. Sisk of
Diamond officiating.  Pallbearers were Omer Vaughn, Henry Parish, Rube
Taylor, Hershel Capshaw, Bob Erwin, and Elzie Harkins.  Burial was in
Oak Grove Cemetery.

       in Union County, Kentucky, married Will Tom Muir.  Will born
       September 5, 1908 in Kentucky and died April 22, 1979 in
       Madisonville Township, Hopkins County, Kentucky .
vi.    Irene, born September 4, 1913 in Blackford Township, married first
       William Henry (born 1901 in Webster County), second Owen Johnston
       (born 1900 in Webster County), and third ------ Underdown.
vii.   James, born September 25, 1917 in Blackford Township, married
       ------ Babb.
viii.  Lena I., born September 14, 1920 in Blackford Township, died
       December 4, 1920 in Blackford Township, buried Oak Grove Cemetery.
