"Ira W. Stafford, 73, died suddenly of a heart attack Tuesday evening at his
home in Youngstown. He had been in poor health for some time. Mr. Stafford
was born in North Lima, Sept. 27, 1872 (sic), a son of Joseph and Margaret
Stafford, and his early life was spent in Canfield. He had resided in
Youngstown for many years, where he was employed as a machinist. His wife,
the former Edith Fullweiler, died in 1935. Surviving are two daughters,
Mrs. Fred F. Bryson and Mrs. Ina Fleisgarten, and a granddaughter, Mrs. Lee
Laird, all of Youngstown. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday
in the Hofmeister Memorial Funeral Home, 4011 Hillman Way, Youngstown, and
burial will be made in Canfield cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral
home Thursday evening."

"Home Happenings - Mrs. Edith C. Stafford, 60, wife of Ira W. Stafford,
died last Thursday evening at her home in Youngstown. She had been ailing
since stricken with paralysis a year ago. Deceased was born in Canfield
Dec. 20, 1874, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter Fullwiler. She was
a member of St. Paul Evangelical and Reformed Church, Rebekah Lodge, Woman's
Union Label League and Daughters of America. She leaves her husband, two
daughters, Mrs. Fred Bryson and Mrs. Augusta Fleisgarten, a granddaughter,
Miss Edna Bryson, Youngstown, two sisters, Mrs. Ella Corll, Canfield, and
Mrs. Mary Buzzard, Columbiana, and a brother Lyn Fullwiler, Canfield. Funeral
services held at the Youngstown home Saturday afternoon were conducted by
Rev. A. d. Wolfinger, followed by burial in Canfield village cemetery."
