transcription of Newspapers->Misc->3.884.jpg From a Sussex Cou, NJ newspaper dated May 21, 1970: BEGIN Mrs. Linaberry Guest At Testimonial Dinner Mrs. Blanche Linaberry, a teacher for 22 and a half years in Knowlton and Blairstown area, was honored Friday evening at a testimonial dinner in the Knowlton American Legion hall. The dinner was attended by 140 people. Mrs. Hollis Noel presented Mrs. Linaberry with an AM FM radio as a retirement gift. William Walsh, principal of Knowlton Schools, was master of ceremonies. He recalled many of Mrs. Linaberry's years as a teacher and how she will be missed at the school. Mr. Walsh introduced the special guests who were present; her brother, Charles Huff; her sisters Mrs. Ila Hildebrant and Mrs. Louise Andrews; also many of her relatives. A talk was given by Joseph Padden, former principal of Knowlton; Edward Belet, former pupil and Superintendent of Belvidere Schools; and Arthur Osmun, Board of Education president. END
