Chestertown - The funeral of Prof. Raymond A. Kilpatrick, 41, member of the
faculty of Washington, who died in the Easton Hospital of pneumonia, was
held at his home here. Services were by Rev. Harry Wright of the Methodist
Episcopal Church. A double quartet of the College Glee Club, of which
Prof. Kilpatrick was director for five years, sang several selections. The
body will be taken to Lebanon, Pa., for interment. [Cumberland (Maryland)

LEBANON - Ruth M. Kilpatrick, 95, formerly of Stevens Towers, died
Wednesday in Cedar Haven Nursing Home. She was a former cottage mother
at Scotland School; a graduate of Albright College; a member of Trinity
United Methodist Church, Lebanon American Legion Auxiliary and Order of
Eastern Star Chapter 86 of Chestertown, Md; and a volunteer at the Veterans
Medical Center. She was the widow of Raymond A. Kilpatrick. Surviving are
a son, James H. of Petersburg, Va.; a daughter, Mary M. Miller of Durham,
N.C.; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nephews
and nieces. Services will be held at 10: 30 a.m. today in Rohland Funeral
Home. Burial will be in Mount Lebanon Cemetery. Viewing will be from 9:
30 to 10: 30 a.m. today at the funeral home where Order of Eastern Star
services will be held at 10 a.m. [Patriot-News, The (Harrisburg, PA) -
