PURSUANT to the last Will and Testament of Cornelius Lake, late of the township of Delaware, Hunterdon County, deceased, the subscribers, executors, will sell at Public Vendue, on the premises, in Everettstown, Alexandria town-ship, on Saturday the 4th day of February next, between the hours of 12 and 4 o'clock, P. M. of said day, that valuable Real Estate, now in the tenure and possession of Sergeant Lake, Containing 50 Acres of Land more or less. The improvements are a good and comfortable two story Dwelling House and Kitchen, wood house, wagon house, hot pen, a large and convenient barn and hovel, a lasting well of water near the door, and a never failing stream of water running through, near the centre[sic] of said farm, so as to water each field. A good apple orchard, and a variety of other fruit, such as peaches, pears, cherries and plums. Also, about 10 acres of first rate Timber Land, adjoining lands of Samuel Case, Jeremiah Matthews Anthony Huff, and others. The afore-said property will be sold altogether, or divided to suit purchasers.
