M. on the premises, in the township aforesaid, a Valuable Farm, containing about 70 acres of land, a good proportion of which is meadow and first rate timber land; the remainder arable land in a high state of cultivation. The improvements are a comfortable dwelling house, large frame barn and hovel, two wagon-houses, and other out-buildings; a never failing spring of water near the house; apple orchard and other fruit trees. This farm is divided into fields of convenient size with good fences; and is all in fine order. For a view of the premises call upon Robert Kitchen, living thereon. In Asbury, Warren county, Jan. 30, Charles Robins, aged 89 years, 1 month and 18 days. The above aged couple were born in the township of Alexandria, Hunterdon county, and lived together as husband and wife for more than sixty years.
