May Term, A. D. 1835. Present - Benjamin Egbert, John Thompson, Samuel Hill and others, Esquires, Judges, &c. Rule to Bar Creditors. Upon the application of Christopher Fine, administrator of Francis Racks, dec'd; George Lindabery and Edward Burrell, ex'ors of Casper Lindabery, dec'd; John S. [Cramer], Matthias S. [Cramer], and David W. Cramer, executors of Matthias Cramer, dec'd; and Robert N. Stout, adm'or of William H. Case, dec'd, to limit and appoint a certain time within which the creditors of the estates of the said decedents [sic] respectively shall bring in their debts, claims and demands against the same, or else be barred from any action respecting the same against the said executors and administrators. It is ordered by the Court, That the said executors and administrators give notice to the creditors of the estates of the said decedents respectively, each and every of them, to bring in their debts, claims and demands against the said estates within one year from this time, by setting up a copy of this order in five of the most public places in this county, for the space of two months - and also by advertising the same in the Hunterdon Gazette, published at Flemington, for the like space of time. Present - John Barton, Robert K. Reading, Elijah Wilson, & others, Esqrs. Judges, &c. Rule to Show Cause, On application for Order to sell Real Estate to pay Debts. Joseph Vankirk, adm'or de bonis non, cum testamentum annexo, of Henry Vankirk, dec'd; Catharine Hart, adm'ix of Joseph Hart, dec'd; and Edward Burrell, acting ex'or of Casper Lindaberry dec'd, having respectively made and exhibited to this court, under oath, a just and true account of the personal estate and debts of the decedents as far as they can discover the same, by which it appears that the personal estates of the said decedents are insufficient to pay their respective debts. Whereupon on application of the said executor and administrators, setting forth that the said Henry Vankirk, Joseph Hart, and Casper Lindaberry died seised [sic] of real estate in the county of Hunterdon and praying the aid of this court in the premises. M. of that day about 20 acres from off of the north end of the plantation whereof Casper Lindabery died seized, in the township of Lebanon, adjoining lands of John Cramer, George Apgar and others - part of said premises being Timber Land.
