She shall have a night to take all the appraisement and if she, the said Margaret, should leave the house, she shall not ? it any other personals. I give, bequeath my place where I now live to my son William Morgret excepting a small strip to be thought of next to the place where John Morgret lives to be a straight line from a forked chestnut to a hickory out of which William Morgret is to pay my son Peter Morgret the sum of two hundred and twenty five dollars three years after my death.
