I know that three of their sons, John, James, & Joseph relocated and settled Silverton. I know that he was probably living 1802. Some historians/family researchers state he was a loyalist and his lands were confiscated, but I can't find any records of that. Would some people have called him a loyalist if his wife was a Quaker, and maybe he took on the ways of her family? How do I find out if he went to Canada, or the Bahamas, or some other place where a lot of the loyalists went? Charlie Polhemus END
