"Can you give me any additional information about Cornelius Robins, Sr.? I have that he was born in 1715 in Amwell, Hunterdon, NJ and died 11-21-79 in Knowlton, Sussex Co., NJ. He married Sara (Unknown)-no marriage date. The only children I have are: Cornelius, Jr. Andrew and John. I do not have the names or dates of these (other than Cornelius Jr.) or other children (daughters) I have the marriage of Cornelius Jr. to Anne Hankinson and some of his children." From The Genealogical Magazine of New Jersey (Vol 85, Number 1 (Whole Number 289)) by The Genealogical Society of New Jersey in 2010 "Fourteen Peter Kinneys in Early New Jersey and Pennsylvania" Peter Kinney named as living in Newton Township, Sussex Co, NJ in 1774 and 1786. BEGIN It is likely, but not certain, that Peter married Sarah, the widow of Cornelius Robbins of nearby Knowlton Township sometime between 1780 when Cornelius died and 1804 when Peter Kinney was named as her husband. I assume this means Andrew was of legal age and therefore born by 1758. On the June 1793 Tax List, Andrew is listed in Hardwick Twp, Sussex County, NJ. END
