A search for John C. LAKE shows that he was born June 24, 1883.  John's
permanent home address is Lake Hopatcong, Morris, NJ.  However, his present
occupation is a pipe fitter at B. F. Shaw Company out of Wilmington,
Delaware.  Next of kin is Lillian V. Lake.  The card gives a brief physical
description of John as tall, medium build, with dark brown hair and blue eyes.
