She had been hospitalized since sustaining a cerebral hemorrhage on Saturday. She was born at Briggsville and had lived in Nescopeck since 1905. She was a daughter of the late Albanus and Elizabeth Kishbaugh Schloyer. Her husband died in January, 1961. She was a member of Mt. Zion United Church of Christ, Briggsville, and was a member of the Daughters of Liberty. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Raymond Gearhart, Nescopeck; one son, Fred, Nescopeck; one granddaughter, Mrs. Edward Ferguson, Minnetonka Beach, Minn.; one great granddaughter; two sisters, Mrs. Maggie Smith, Mrs. Lillie Eroh, Nescopeck; two brothers, Willard Schloyer, Nescopeck R. D. 1; and Harry Schloyer, Nescopeck. Funeral services will be Wednesday afternoon at two from the Heller Funeral Home, Nescopeck, with the Rev. Kishbaugh, 70, of 524 East Fifth street, Nescopeck, died Thursday afternoon at 1:17 at Geisinger Medical Center where he had been a patient for twelve hours. Born in Nescopeck, he was the son of the late Charles and Mary Elizabeth Schloyer Kishbaugh. He lived his entire life in Nescopeck. Formerly employed by ACF industries as a finisher, he retired when the plant ceased operations. He was a member of the United Church of Christ. He was also a life member of the Nescopeck Fire Company and the Berwick Elks. Surviving are his wife of 29 years, the former Dorothy Rupert; one sister, Mrs. Edna Gearhart, Nescopeck; and one niece. Funeral will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. from the Heller Funeral Home, Nescopeck, with Rev. Barry Lohman, his pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the Pine Grove Walnut street cemetery, Berwick. Kishbaugh Worked more than 30 years at Berwick Shirt Co. Dorothy E. Kishbaugh, 81, of 822 E. Second St., Nescopeck, died at 4:55 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14, 1999, at the Berwick Hospital Center, where she had been a patient for two days. Born in Sugarloaf Township, Luzerne County, Feb. 21, 1918, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Sarah Fultz Rupert. She lived in Nescopeck since 1946 and previously in Berwick. Kishbaugh was employed by the former Berwick Shirt Co. for more than 30 years. She was a member of the First United Church of Christ, Nescopeck; the Ladies Aide Society of the church; and was a former treasurer of the Nescopeck Mount Zion United Church of Christ. Her husband, Fred A. Kishbaugh, died Jan. 8, 1976; a sister, Geneva C. Rupert, died in 1977. She was last member of her immediate family.
