Kishbaugh, 84, the former Albana Stout, of 401 Luzerne avenue, Berwick, died Tuesday noon in Berwick Hospital where she had been a patient for one week. She was in ill health four and one-half years. Born in Briar Creek Township, she was a daughter of the late Ellis and Mary Sult Stout and lived her entire life in the Berwick area. She and her husband, Loyd Kishbaugh, were married for 59 years. She was a member of the Stone United Methodist Church; Willing Workers Sunday School Class; Salem Grange; Penna. State Grange; National Grange; a charter member of the Berwick Garden Club in which she was very active until ill health forced her retirement. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a daughter, Mrs. Freas (Mary) Benscoter, with whom she made her home; three grandchildren, Mrs. Eva Mont, Berwick; Lloyd Benscoter, Berwick R. D. 1, and Miss Caroline Benscoter, Owosso, Michigan; two brothers, Jacob Stout, Berwick, and James Stout, Beach Haven; four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. from the John B. Kelchner Funeral Home, Berwick, with the Rev. Jason Hollopeter, Stone United Methodist Church, officiating, assisted by the Rev. Kishbaugh, 94, of 401 Luzerne Ave., Berwick, died at Berwick Retirement Village Nursing Home Monday at 3:15 a.m. He was a guest there for two and a half years. Born in Berwick, he was a son of the late Ruben and Myrtle Steele Kishbaugh, and was a life-long resident of Berwick. He was employed at AC&F for 55 years, retiring 29 years ago. He was a member of Stone United Methodist Church, Berwick R.D. 1, since 1907. He was a supervisor of Salem Township for eight years, a life member of Salem Pomona Grange No. 5, the Pennsylvania State Grange, the National Grange, and a life-member of Eagles Lodge, Berwick. He was also a member of the East Berwick Hose Company. His wife, the former Albana Stout, died in 1973. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Freas (Mary M.) Benscoter, Berwick; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with Rev. Paul W. Cope, Nescopeck Mt. Zion Charge of United Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Walnut St., Berwick. END
