Kishbach, aged 61 years, 10 months and 13 days, died at his home in Tomhicken, last evening at 7:05 o'clock. Mr. Kishbach had served the United States Government as rural mail carrier in the Tomhicken district for the past 29 years. He was a member of Fagan Camp No. 267, Sons of Veterans. Besides his widow, he is survived by the following children: Mrs. Fred Dietzel, Harry and Mrs. Eugene Sorrells of Hazleton; Mrs. George Wagner, Robert Kishbach and Mrs. George Kite of Tomhicken. The following brother and sisters also survive: C. E. Kishbach, of Washington, D. C.; Mrs. Flora Boock and Mrs. Cora Dorneman, both of Hazleton, as well as ten grandchildren. END transcription of Newspapers->Deaths->5.266-2.jpg From The Standard Speaker, Hazleton, Pennsylvania dated February 12, 1952: BEGIN Mrs. Effie Kishbach Mrs. Effie Kishbach, 82, of Tomhicken, died Sunday night about 9:15 at the State Hospital shortly after she was admitted to that institution. She was taken suddenly ill at noon yesterday. Mrs. Kishbach was a member of the Conyngham Reformed church. Her husband, Alonzo, preceded her in death about 20 years ago. Children surviving are: Mrs. Eugene Sorrels, of Highland; Mrs. Valeria Wagner and Mrs. George Kyte, of Tomhicken; a stepson Harry, and a stepdaughter, Mrs. Anna Ditzel, both of Hazleton. There are two sisters and three brothers: Mrs. Grace Heller, of Fern Glen; Mrs. Gertrude Smith, of Perry, N. Y.; Roy Sides, of Berwick; Stanley, of Mifflinville, and George of Tomhicken. END
