V. Kishbaugh, of town, was arrested by Chief of Police Bruce Lanning on a charge of neglect and failing to support his son by a former marriage. The information was laid before justice of the peace V. R. Crisman. Kishbaugh was held under $300 bail for his appearance at the next term of court. Kishbaugh, it will be remembered, went to Reno where he secured a divorce and later married a Berwick woman. He is proprietor of the North End Garage. END
