Florence M. Godown, 82, of Easton, passed away on Monday November 19,
2012 in Easton Hospital, Wilson Boro. Born: She was born in 1930 a
daughter of the late Pietro and Vincenza Alercia. Personal: Florence
was preceded in death by her husband Norman M. Godown in 1974. She was
employed as a housekeeper for Ss. Philip and James Catholic Church in
Phillipsburg retiring in 1997. Florence was of the Catholic faith. Survivors:
Florence is survived by her sons, Jeffrey N. Godown of Slatington, David
M. Godown of Bethlehem; a daughter, Brenda J. Hartzell of Easton; three
grandchildren, and one great-grandson. Services: A calling hour will be held
on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. in the Morello Funeral Home, Inc.,
3720 Nicholas St. Palmer Twp. Funeral services will be held on Saturday
at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will be in Bloomsbury Cemetery,
Bloomsbury, New Jersey. Memorials: Contributions may be made to the American
Heart Association, 212 East Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 in memory of
