Note:

    Mrs. Amanda Mellott, 78, wife of the late Abslom Mellott, died at
    her late home on Monday, January 11, 1937. She is survived by two
    daughters, Mrs. Laura Hollenshead of Needmore, and Mrs. Irene Bailey of
    Washingotn, D.C. and one step-daughter, Mrs. Martha Deshong of Needmore
    and one step-son, William Mellott of Saxton. She is also survived by
    two brothers, Charles Mellott and William Mellott, both of Needmore. She
    was a faithful member of the Dunkard Brethren church and will be sadly
    missed by all who knew her.

    Funeral services at home and church by Rev. Henry Deemes of Waynesboro,
    assisted by Brother Rice. Burial at Pleasant Ridge cemetery.
