From "The Myers Family History" by Timothy F. Myers (0.307) in 2005: BEGIN The inventory of Jost Kishpaugh is dated 12 April 1820. (Arc. & Hist. Libr. Trenton, N.J. No. 56843). There is an Indenture between Joseph Kishpaugh, of Sussex Co., N.J. and John C. Kockhills esq., of the County of Hunterdon, N.J., dated Sept. 26. [sic] 1801. (Newton Hall of Records E-32). A second indenture, dated July 16, 1822, in Newton, between David Kern and wife Christeen to heirs of Joseph Kishpock dec., mentions his wife Margaret and his children, Elizabeth, wife of John Lineberry; Anne, wife of John Twinnings; Jefsee, Henry, Charles, and Andrew. According to this indenture, Joseph Kishpaugh died prior to 1822. In estate file the estate of Joseph Kersbach, deceased of Knowlton Twp, states that "John Kern was appointed administrator. The Orphans Court, in 1826, ordered real estate to be sold to pay debts.
