Whereas Harpert Peterson & Margaret his wife on 1 May 1775 sold to Jacob Lunger Sen. & Simon Hibler 2 tracts that Harpert Peterson and his brother Thomas Peterson bought of John Olpdycke [sic] and Mary his wife and Harpert and Thomas divided the land and Thomas signed a deed on 5 April 1775 to Harpert.
