Christopher was born in 1735 in Hunterdon County, New Jersey and died
on December 13, 1787 in Hunterdon County.  He is buried in Larison's
Corner Cemetery, Hunterdon County.  Christopher married Maria Jung in
about 1756 in Hunterdon County.  Maria was born in 1736 in Hunterdon
County and died on October 10, 1821 in Hunterdon County.  She is buried
in Larison's Corner Cemetery.

Christopher settled near Van Liew's Corner.

Children:

i.    Elizabeth, born about 1757 in Hunterdon County, married Daniel Griggs.
      Court records:  On October 27, 1791 a petition for division of lands
      was filed by Daniel Griggs and his wife Elizabeth Fisher daughter of
      deceased Christopher Fisher.  She states that her father Christopher
      died intestate leaving 4 children, one of whom is under age.  She does
      not state any of their names. She says her father had 180 acres of
      land and she wishes it to be divided between the 4 children.

      "1791, Oct 27.   Petition for division of lands allowed.  Daniel Griggs,
      and Elizabeth his wife, late Elizabeth Fisher, daughter of Christopher
      Fisher, deceased, state that said Christopher had land in Amwell
      Township, of about 180 acres, and, dying intestate, left 4 children,
      one of whom is still under age, and they pray that the lands may be
      divided."  Mary Fisher and John Lequear are named administrators, 31
      Dec 1787, of estate of said Christopher Fisher, who died intestate.
      An inventory, made by Derick Stuphen and Nathan Stout is dated 20
      Dec 1787; a 2nd inventory by the same persons is dated 6 Apr 1789;
      an Account by the administrators is dated 10 Nov 1789.  see Lib. 29,
      p. 297.

ii.   Mary, born about 1760 in Hunterdon County, married John Hortman.
iii.  Christopher, born about 1763 in Hunterdon County.
iv.   name unknown, born about 1772 in Hunterdon County.
