All of this (including the children) is according to Vickie Beard Thompson . BEGIN Anna was baptised on August 21, 1701 in the Evangelisch-Lutherische Church in Anhausen, Rhineland, Germany (film #489940, years 1614-1706) and died after 1775 in Amwell Township, Hunterdon County, New Jersey. She married Johann Peter Fischer in 1701 [obviously an error either on my part or Vickie's - MEL] in Anhausen. Johann was baptised on January 27, 1698 in Niederbieber, Neuwied, Rhineland and died before 1775 in Amwell Township. He is buried in Larison Cornor Cemetery, Hunterdon County. Johan is the son of Johann Wilhelm Fischer (born in 1671 in Segendorf, Neuwied) and Elisabetha Honnert (April 26, 1668 Niederbieber - June 9 1721 Segendorf). Elisabetha is the daughter of Jacob Honnert. Johann Wilhelm is the son of Christian (born in about 1638 in Segendorf) and Christina (born in about 1643 in Segendorf) Fischer. Christian is the son of Hamann (about 1597 Segendorf - January 12, 1677 Segendorf) and Engen Fischer. Peter is referred to as "Peter the German". He emigrated to America around 1729, first living in Somerset County, New Jersey. He then bought a tract of land of 200 acres in Amwell Township in 1731. He was naturalized along with a number of other Germans by an act of the New Jersey Assembly on July 8, 1730. He built his home beside a never failing stream and on the site of an old Indian wigwam. His will was written on June 19, 1775 and proved on September 8, 1775 in Hunterdon County. He always signed documents in German script. His will mentions six children. He was buried in an unmarked grave in Larison's Cornor.
