The Pa State Archives has cards compiled for men who served in the Mexican 
Border Expedition in 1916 & whose Home Station was in PA. [Mexican Border
Campaign Veterans' Card File - {series #19.110}] I've tried to extract info on
those that list at least one location in Lackawanna County. You can learn more
