BEGIN BAKER ClariceGerbasi Posted: 19 Feb 2000 5:00 AM Edited: 23 May 2005 6:06 PM Surnames: BAKER I am looking for Conrad Baker from New York and his son John Baker who was born in N.Y in 1825. They later came to Michigan and I believe they lived in Lenawee County before going to Allegan County. I am looking for any information on this individuals or their families. I would like to know what county in N.Y. they came from and a date of Conrad's death. Mary Elizabeth BAKER Sherry Harper Hamblen Posted: 19 Feb 2000 5:00 AM Surnames: BAKER, KISHPAUGH, WYRILL I have a Mary Elizabeth BAKER who married George Willard KISHPAUGH on 1 Jan 1855 in Lenawee County, Michigan. There is an LDS record of this with a batch number of M518551. I have three sons for this couple, Arthur KISHPAUGH, Jonas D. KISHPAUGH b. 1856 Tecumseh and John Baker KISHPAUGH b. 21 Jun 1859. Jonas married Isabelle A. "Belle" WYRILL in 1880. I wonder if Mary and your John BAKER might possibly be siblings. BAKER ClariceGerbasi Posted: 24 Feb 2000 5:00 AM Edited: 23 May 2005 6:06 PM Surnames: BAKER, HOLT Sherry thank you for your reply. John and Mary may be siblings but I don't have any information on other children of Conrad Baker. I just have John Baker born in N.Y. in 1825 and dying in 1897. John married Sarah Eveline Holt in Richland, Kalamazoo County. I do find a Mary Baker who died in 1874 in Lenawee County in the Michigan GENDIS records. Could this be your Mary? Do you have your Mary Baker's birth and death dates?
