I am seeking information on Lake family in Perry county, Ala. 1850's.  
Not sure about his given name, some say it was James.  His wife was
Elizabeth Golden.  Have been told that his family lived near Rhome, Georgia,
but have never located Lakes in that area.  Any help would be appreciated.
There could also be a connection with Hartley family.
