Hello Joe,

I have a copy of some of the pages of this booklet that I found at the LDS
FHL in SLC.  It appears that the booklet was the introduction or beginning
of a larger work that either was not published or finished or was not sent
to the FHL.  In any event, the line of descent that it covers is:

Thomas Lake and Sarah Peat of Stratford, CT
Thomas Lake and Elizabeth Walker, resided in Derby,CT
Elnathan Lake and Amy Lum, resided in Derby, CT
David Lake and Sarah Vorce, resided in Windham, Greene Co., NY

Sources for the dates in the booklet are "Lake Family of CT", St. James P.E.
Chruch in Derby, deeds and census records from Greene Co., NY.
