Hi

I do not know if my Father's family come from America.
 All the information I have is from my Father.  His
name is John Charles Lake and is one of four children
to Stanley Walter Earnest Lake and Ivy Muriel
Lake(Turner).  Stanley Walter Earnest Lake was born
31st July 1913 in West Norwood, London, England.  He
Died 14th October 1980.
His Father was Ernest Charles Lake born 1887 and Died
10th December 1952 in Croydon, London, England.  He
was a metropolitan Policeman and he lived with his
wife Lilian Rose in Thornton Heath, London, England.
This is all I know at the moment.  Is there anyone who
can help me to go on from here.
