Charlote Lake was the second wife of William Allen born ? and married
3.4.1856 at St Anne's, Alderney
children are
Ann Susanna Allen b 22.4.1857 Alderney
Robert Allen b 9.1862 Alderney
Fanny Allen b 8.9.1863 Alderney

This was during the Heavy constuction period that went on.Fortification
and the Breakwater project brought many people to work.  Alderney is a
small Island off the coast of Normandy France in the English Channel.It
was Occupied during WWll and most records were destroyed.So if you have
additional information please contact me off list.I will give them to
the Island historian for Safe Keeping.
