William Robins did not die in 1829 or 1830, as we thought in Randolph
County, IL.
I've been in touch with Tom Wightman, who has been researching family
history on related families.
He sent me a copy of the index card referencing the divorce he obtained
from IL archives. Apparently in those days,
a divorce in Illinois was obtained through a legislative act.

The index card for the divorce of William Robins has been placed in the
Photo Section under Robbins Records. Thanks Walt for sharing this
information on William Robins & sending a copy of the card.
