Date: Mon, 26 Jan 2009 14:06:57 -0800 (PST) From: Gina Kleindorfer Cc: "Jerry D Lake" > I see that you updated ftdna.com to show "Nathan Lake dod 1913". Can you > tell me anything more about Nathan? Where did he die? Do you know when > and where he was born? I found his gravesite in Monroe County, Indiana with the date of his birth and burial. It was beside his wife Margaret which unfortunately did not include her maiden name. I don't know either of their migration. Since her lastname is undetermined I was pursuing his name primarily but he has been my dead-end for quite a few years. He's the reason I talked my uncle Jerry into doing the DNA test. I needed a break. Now it's pointing me in the direction of Rain's. Not exactly the direction I had been looking. I got a reply e-mail from one of the Rain's listings from the ftDN A website, I'm going to pursue this and see if I can find some connection. Not sure where it will lead but I'd like to see his genealogy at least for the migratory pattern. Birthdate was listed as 3/10/1831.
