Militia, resident of Amwell Twp, Hunterdon Co., NJ.Assumed to be the son of "John Lake" by inference from probate records, Docket File 03731, payment to Zenus Lake of $202.69 in settlement of John Lake's estate who died in 1808.NJ Abs of Wills lists John Lake, d. 1808 in Alexandria Twp, Hunterdon, NJ.
