Her name is Donna Burkett Truhill.  I have emailed her and had a response
already.  She is Burgundy31360722@aol.com.  She is now widowed and living
in Phoenix,AZ.  She said she had stopped her research in 1993 to spend her
husband's retirement years traveling and has just started looking again.

She lists Zenas Lake b. 1 Feb 1770, m. Mary Hartpence, d. 17 May 1842 in
Marion, IN.  Mary Hartpence was b. 17 Jan 1770 in Flemington, Hunterdon
Co., NJ  Her father is listed as Johannes Eberhardt Pence and her mother
as Hannah Kitchen.

She lists 11 ch for Zenas Lake:  Ruth, Nancy m. Johnson, Priscilla m.
Breckenridge, Elijah, Sarah m. Charles Bonner, Mary m. Charles G. Campbell,
Isaac H. m. Lavina Logan, Elisha W. m. Rebecca Nugent, Samuel m. Nancy Ann
McCaw, Joseph P. m. Sarah Fatout, and Zenas b. 1819 d. 1849.

She also sent a family group sheet for George Washington Lake b. ca 1817 in
NJ, m. in Marion, IN 8 Feb 1844 to Melisa Bridges b. ca 1827.  CH:  Isaac N.
m. 2nd Hannah Daily; Nancy Uretta m. William H. Etter*; Margaret Minerva m.
John W. Ritchey; William B., Zilpha N. m. William Taylor.

*Also, I noted that Etter was probably a variation of Van Etten/Van Aten/Van
Atta/Van Auten/Van Auter!

I got the impression that Jay Brown Wright believes that John Lake was from
my Lake family, which certainly makes sense given the location.  If I was
incorrect, I will retract my statement to Donna that this was the line up
(with the alternate possbility of John Lake being the grandson of Thomas,
rather than the son:
