Smith" Date: Sun, 8 Jun 2003 08:25:43 -0400 Late yesterday I went through Chapter 2 of HartFam and found: Constant Frank LAKE, b. 6 October 1905 in Keokuk, Lee County, Iowa, son of Louise Catherine (Frank) and Constant Bruce LAKE, m. 29 July 1929 in Kewanee, Henry County, Illinois, Frances Benice TRENT, b. 10 April 1907 in Bottineau, Bottineau County, North Dakota, daughter of Clara M. (Askew) and Henry M. TRENT. Frances d. 25 July 1975 in Lander, Fremont County, Wyoming. They had four children. This came to me in a quantity of Trent material from a Jaris (Jerry) LAKE / 3201 Oakstand Lane / Orlando, FL 32812 / < Jerylake@aol.com >. The Trent material ties in, 'way down the line, with the NJ Marshalls, which included James Wilson M., who discovered gold in CA and started the '49 Gold Rush. In Chapter 3 I found: Georgie Ann[9] Blackwell, b. 5 July 1859, daughter of William[8] and Margaret Elizabeth Walters (Ace) Blackwell, m. Stephen LAKE. {I have no data on Stephen: b., m., d., or parents. Nor a d. date for Georgie Ann.} Sarah[9] HESS, b. 1856, dauaghter of Dennis D. B.[8] and Levina (Deshong) Hess, m. (?) LAKE. [This is in the Akers/Hart section I'm curreently working on, so there are a lot more Lakes to come...] {No other information.} Sarah[10] Jones, b. September 1853, daughter of William G.[9] and Mary Elizabeth (Burroughs) Jones, m. Charles K. LAKE of Bloomsbury, Hunterdon Coiunty, NJ. {No other information.} Children were: Jesse[11] LAKE: (c.1884-1899) Helen[11] LAKE: (c.1887-1899) {No other information}
